[sims] Census Error 2470 - Child over 15 Not Needing Attendance

I am getting this error for the entirety of my school leavers cohort, even though they are all leaving on the 28th June and shouldn't show up. Anyone else having issues with Error 2470? Edited September 19, 2019 by CAM

I think the latest fileset (1304) fixes this.

Are you getting the error from the MIS (if yes, which) or after uploading to COLLECT.
