Remove 'Customise' button from Google Chrome Search Page

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to find the setting in Group Policy to remove the 'Customize' button on Google Chrome Search page from student accounts as they are spending to much time changing backgrounds, etc. I can't seem to find this anywhere in GP. Any idea's where this might be? Thanks.

Are they changing it within Chrome settings? If so add Chrome://settings to the "block access to a list of URLs" gpo option, we use this as it prevents the modification of any setting in Chome

The setting you need will be available in the GP templates that accompany the release of Chrome 80 in February 2020.
