Sign in system not opening for user but does for administrator

Weve got EntrySign Back Office Suite installed and it is configured and opens fine for me but for some reason it won't open for one of our office staff users.

 

I've tried it with another office staff machine and it works fine so wondering what I've missed.

 

User has admin rights on the machine. It just opens the program but refuses to connect to the EntrySign system, eventually timing out.

 

Anyone have any ideas.

Do the office machines have the latest copy of the BOS folder copied onto their hard drive? I found a lot of errors we had with entrysign when we first got it was due to different versions of the BOS folder. In the end, we now have a 'golden copy' of it on one of the servers that gets copied over first if there's any problems, before ringing ES support.
