Reading Cloud - How do I move the pupils up to their new class

I have just been asked by our librarian (parent) how she should move each of the classes of pupils up to their new class. Its just a small single form primary school, so Year 1 will now need to be years 2 etc.

I'm hoping to use group call to manage this for us just waiting installation from reading cloud. Automatically does synch and one less job to think of
