Sonic007 Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 Just trying to get my head around Parentmail and wondering which fields in Sims it pulls the data from for mobile numbers. Where do you set the mobile number and how do you specify the person it goes to? And what about if there is joint parental responsability and both parents need alerting? Anyone help me make sense of this. many thanks in advance.

They have to be priority 1 to pull through on ours, not sure if it will be the same on yours, we've had to set several parents as both priority 1 to get it to work for both.
