Time capsule?

Hi all, Not a mac person but had below query from one member of staff and have no idea where start

 

there is currently an issue with the arts time capsule in the media hub. Only 20 out of the 27 students in my class could log onto the arts time capsule today.

 

Is it possible to automatically log off students and staff from the arts time capsule when they log off? I was thinking this would stop congestion. Also what is the maximum number able to access the capsule? I ask this because there were 27 students and 2 teachers using the macs at this time, so really there shouldn't have been a problem.

 

Can you guys shed some light on this please?

What's your setup? Are you using all wireless devices and are they using that to connect to the Internet as well?
