Chromebook - Remote Desktop Client issue

I have a member of staff who has a Chromebook and wants to use MS Remote Desktop.

 

Having never used a Chromebook, I have installed the Remote Desktop App and setup the connection to our RDP server.

 

Connection work fine from outside school, but when she is in school, the connection keeps dropping.

 

I have added another connection so it doesnt use a gateway when in school but connection still keeps dropping.

 

Wireless is fine as she can still connection to things like emails/website etc

 

Server is fine as I can connect from other devices without issue.

 

So.....anyone know of any issues with Chromebooks and RDP Client? or suggestion something else I can try.
