[ltsb, 1809] This PC and Quick access slow

Hi all,

 

We've upgraded to Windows 10 over the summer and so far it hasn't been to bad. We had rolled it out to a few rooms and then to teachers dept by dept.

 

One thing that has been bothering me this week is the long green bar when opening file explorer. Does anyone know where I might start to troubleshoot?(other than google) It happens once or twice for a user and then will be fine. Also, and I don't know if its related but opening apps are quite slow (about 20 seconds to open word or chrome).
