Remote desktop gateway server is expecting an authentication method different...

I'm just started setting up a replacement RDP gateway server (to replace out old 2008 box). I've copied all the settings from the old box to the new, and have bought and installed an SSL certificate.

 

When I try to connect to the server, I get the following error, and am at a loss how to troubleshoot it.

I might be wrong but I think this issue is resolved by updating the server past a certain point - one of the windows updates fixes it
