Printing pdfs using thin clients on server 2019

Unable to print any pdfs on thin clients using thon clients, have the latest Adobe dc installed, correct print driver. No error messages given apart from this documwmt cannot be printed

it sounds like items aren't redirecting properly to the server, like USB pass-through etc, and GPOs haven't been applied properly etc on the main server that's hosting all the clients

 

Did a company set this up for you? If so would be worth asking them to have a look at how they did the setup. If you've done it in-house we'll need some more information on what's actually setup for all these threads

I've had a similar issue recently with a RDS desktop, try FoxIt reader and see if that works.

Forgot about this post, Fox it reader has worked perfect. Adobe dc still not working but staff done mind as long as they can open pdfs and print them
