New student timetables

Evening all. Having a mental block - those "once a year" jobs. For the life of me I can't remember how to get our new year 7s to show up in academic management so that I can timetable them. I know I've done it in the past but just can't remember how. Is it something to do with their admissions status? I've got the group set up in a pre-admissions group, as usual, but can't get them to show for timetabling. Any help will be gratefully received. Cheers.

They will need to have a status of Accepted I think, but they will also need to be in the band for year 7 at the start of your new academic year - if they aren't in that then they won't appear I don't think.

Thanks for that. I was trying to put them in their bands when I found I couldn't see them. I'll check the status tomorrow.

Did you switch the academic year also? Should be able to click the selected academic year text at the top of the homepage to switch.
