Jobos Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 I’ve been asked to look at parentmail chat as the office staff tried to use it and all they got was a spinning wheel. Looking at the Sophos XG logs doesn’t show anything blocked that I can see and all traffic to vcc-eu2.8x8.com is allowed. Any ideas?
Edu-IT Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 Could it just be that there were no agents available, with it being the start of term for a lot of schools today?

bald_pig Posted August 29, 2019 Posted August 29, 2019 Have you checked it from an unfiltered connection like a mobile hotspot? Make sure it's your end first!

Edu-IT Posted August 30, 2019 Posted August 30, 2019 It was working fine yesterday. So if it still isn’t working for you, it is local issue.
Paul_Don Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 I've had a school on this morning saying the sync between parentmail and SIMS hasn't worked, so when I've checked this morning parentmail.co.uk isn't working at all. I've checked on unfiltered devices and it appears to be them. Does anyone have any news?
