Self Harm / CyberBullying / CrowdSourced keywords to look out for

Is there an opensource or public domain feed or list of words and phrases that would be indicators of self harm or cyberbullying that is kept upto date with emerging "lingo"? Or is there a thread on here already perhaps?

 

Does anyone have ears to the ground that are feeding back emerging trends from the student body?

 

How are we all keeping on top of things like the "blue Whale game" from a few years ago, or the "momo challenge" from earlier this year, and any new and emerging child safety issues.

 

Interested to hear everyone's approach to this.

I have a massive collection keywords i have been adding to over the years which is separated into safeguarding/timewasting/rude etc. I will put them in a googlwe spreadsheet and share them on here for anyone to use and add to.

Securly use human moderators, on top of our AI engine, to ensure we keep up to speed with specific language relating to Self harm, suicide and cyberbullying - We drill in to UK terminology and break down even further to look at specific language within the UK - i.e, gang related crime terminology differs significantly within the UK in different regions.

 

If you want to speak to the people who focus on emerging trends and threats within our teams - let me know and i'll make the intros!.

Thank you for this! Might I suggest a GitHub repo with a text file in? That way people can suggest contributions via Pull Request (but can't edit directly!).
