Replacing Core switches and Edge switches - Suggestion on IT companies.

I am planning to change our Core switches and Edge switches . Please can you let me know IT companies who have expertise in networking.

We've put a lot of business the way of European Electronique recently and we've used CircleIT and SwitchShop as well. They're all good companies.

I've not bought anything from these two but they have been part of tendering processes that we've been through. Both put in good bids and were professional in the dealings I had with them.

European Electronique as @Norphy has suggested speak to Dave Castle over there. As for distance they have bods all over so the distance thing is not really an issue.

Got XMA doing ours currently and couldn't recommend them highly enough. Had a few in including some of those above but XMA were the only ones to send all the people needed - those responsible for the configs, sales, wifi and cabling and were realistic. All the rest were just "yup we'll do it all in your timescale" (wouldn't have been possible).

As far as actual hardware I cannot rate Ubiquiti stuff highly enough, it's great performance gear at reasonable prices!
