Prepping SLT shared calendars with SIMS lessons

Hi all, I have been asked to create shared calendars for SLT members, I'm told that they are populated with lessons from SIMS and then PAs can add in appointments with the risk of clashing with teaching time.

 

My SIMS helpdesk tell me it can only be done manually, but previously here it sounds like it was imported some how.

 

Any ideas?

Its ok we use Salamander, all done

For those who don't have Salamander you can use Capita's SIMS ID Lite to do this.
