Netgear FS752TS - Do the current ones have fans?

Would anyone who's bought a Netgear FS752TS recently (ideally this month) mind checking if it's actively or passively cooled? I notice that Netgear are providing lifetime warranties for kit purchased after May 2007, it includes this switch and I'm wondering if it's been redesigned.

 

Yes, we've had another FS752TS brick itself - annoyingly it's the one that feeds our office. And yes, we'll be buying hp or cisco - I'm fed up with Netgear, this is the 5th we've needed to rma in 12 months.

I wouldn't buy Netgear if my bum was on fire, TBH. We had a PS121 USB print server..utter junk. Their tech support? Joke. Hours on the phone, no joy with them.

Strangely enough, I've had a few thankyou mails through from people who've had dealings with netgear, and have been close to killing..heh.

I'm not planning on buying another, I'm just wondering if there was a known issue with heat that was corrected before they were included under the warranty.

 

Our older netgear kit is solid, but the recent stuff is rubbish by comparison, so it looks like HP have another customer.
