Dell Latitude D520 crashing

This is the second teacher’s laptop with this fault

When running Active Primary 2 and Internet Explorer 6 or 7 computer crashing.

Freezing

Has any body else had this problem?

Have you tried upgrading to version 3?

 

Version 3 Upgrade : Education : Products : Promethean UK

 

Yes on the other laptop about January I upgraded to Internet explorer 7 and active primary 3 and all windows updates. then started looking for Drwatson fix.

Ended up reinstalling windows
