Cannot make external calls

Hi All,

We cannot make any external calls, but can receive calls absolutely fine.

When dialling externally, we get an automated message of 'All circuits are currently busy. Please try again later'. This started happening about a week ago.

I run the phone system through Elastix, based on Asterisk, and the trunk is configured as follows:

 

So far I've tried: - Restarting the physical phone server - Removing and re-adding the trunk - Checking with the phone provider that the lines are working properly.

If anyone can help or suggest anything, that would be much appreciated.

I haven't used Asterisk before, but the error up the top, "This trunk is not used by any routes" looks like you don't have a route configured to use the trunk?

I completely overlooked that!! However, it hasn't fixed the issue for some reason.

 

Any other ideas?
