outlook - cannot forward the message in HTML format

Hi

 

I have two users who cannot forward the emails in HTML format. We have to change the format on forwarded message to Rich text manually to send it.

 

I have deleted the profile and old ost file but it has not make any difference. Outlook version is different for both.

I ticked ‘ Read all standard mail in plain text’ under option – Trust Centre- Email Security but we loose images and signatures which are important.

I have changed ‘compose messages in this format’ to Rich Text. Outlook is opening new messages in Rich text but not the forwarded messages.

 

I have unticked Add-ins, but it has not made any difference.
