ICT Support Technician - Ark ICT Solutions Ltd Spalding - £21,000 - £23,000

Due continued expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant Spalding based IT company supporting local schools and business in the East Midlands, with a particular focus on our Lincoln and surrounding area customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of Windows desktop and server, with at least two years previous experience, willingness to learn new skills and work independently. Excellent communications skills are essential. Previous knowledge of schools ICT would be an advantage.

 

Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Previous experience of tablet mobile device management would be an advantage.

The role involves a scheduled visit routine visiting our Lincoln area customers. The ideal candidate will have:

 

 

• Excellent people skills.
  
• Excellent time management.
  
• Happy to work individually as well as part of a team.
  
• Full / clean driving license.
  
• Full DBS Check required.
  

Salary negotiable on experience but in the range of £21,000 - £23,000. A company van is supplied for the role with a personal mileage allowance, phone allowance, pension and Bupa membership.

We take safeguarding very seriously, as a result a full DBS check would be undertaken.
