Printer maintenance kit

HiI have HP M605 printer which would need new maintenance kit soon and also have spare printer where maintenance kit is 50 %. so I want to exchange replacement kit from old printer.I am assuming as long as I change the fuser, I should be Ok , there is no issues with paper getting jammed or not getting picked up.
