Bulk upload parent details into sims.net

Good morning all. I am new to the Sims game but I have been tasked with checking the accuracy of data in the school. I am finding that there are a lot of missing/incorrect parental email addresses and phone numbers. I have a spreadsheet with updates. Is there anyway I can bulk upload the information into Sims (about 1500 entries) and if so how? Or do I have to do it manually? We are currently using Sims version 7.186. I know this is a bit old but with budget cuts we cannot afford to update. Thanks again.

There's nothing official, but you can try your luck with this:

A lot of people use it successfully, although I'm not sure of how it works with amending details that are already there. I think it was designed for adding new pupils.
