Laptops - Can't connect to other college's wireless network, works fine at home/here

Hello,

Just hoping for some ideas that might solve this problem, we've had two reports now of staff taking their laptops (Windows 7) to other colleges and not being able to connect to their wireless network, despite having their IT staff try to help. I'm waiting on one to come back now so I can look through the event logs, but all the information I have right now is it that it'd pop-up saying "Can't connect to this network".

Works fine on-site here (We use AD Computer auth and GPO to auto-connect) and also works fine connecting at home.

I'm assuming it's something stupid that has been set forever in GPO and I've missed... anyone have any ideas before I get the laptop back in my hands?

Thanks!

Are they using WPA Enterprise? If so and their certificates are signed with their own CA this would need to be added as a trusted CA
