Hi

Upgraded from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro on a couple of PC's under the free upgrade couple of years a ago but have rebuilt one of these PC's and it has become unlicensed under Windows 10 and only have Windows 7 key for this is their anyway to get this Windows 10 licence without paying for this.

The Windows 7 Pro edition was converted to a retail edition of Windows 10 as part of the free upgrade. The impact of that was that you lost "re-imaging" rights.

You should be able to reinstall from the official media and the licence should be in the BIOS. If you get issues after that, you can call the MS activation line and they should fix it - what you can't do is deploy a generic image using something like MDT or SCCM. If you want to use one of the standard imaging methods, you'll need a volume license which gives you upgrade rights from retail versions - but that's not free.

Edit: was offline - hopefully the method quoted by @Arthur should get you out of your fix.
