gap in print on page

I have changed the black toner cartridge in my HP colour laserjet 2605dn printer. There's a gap of missing print about 3 mm wide from top to bottom, approx 25 mm from the margin. I have tried shaking the cartridge but this didn't help. Can you let me know if there's anything I can do to get rid of this problem please?

have you tried cleaning the fuser wire?

Also check that the rolers are clean
