techy32 Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 (edited) Hello, We are looking to test office 365 this year and planning to migrate next year and thinking of creating hybrid environment. I have no prior knowledge of office 365 so have few questions. Can we simply register our .domain.sch.uk with Microsoft and then verify the domain? What kind of help available from Microsoft in order to implement office 365? Thank you Edited July 11, 2019 by techy32
chazzy2501 Posted July 11, 2019 Posted July 11, 2019 yes, you'll create a schoolname.onmicrosoft.com at first on the o365 side. Later you'll add your school domain to o365 (using .txt on your domain) then you can switch to your domain as primary later. For testing though you can start now! for some places like the sharepoints etc, the onmicrosoft domain name will show up so pick wisely.
