If you recorded in 1080p60, why would you then upscale and drop frames to 4k30?

If you recorded in 1080p60, why would you then upscale and drop frames to 4k30?

 

Main reasons are...

 

1. 3rd party video footage was 4k@30

2. Youtube allows you a higher bit rate than 1080p if you upscale to 4k

3. I didn't do the edit or the render

If you're worried about bitrate then youtube isn't for you, and I'd have to match the resolutions!
