Passat1983ICTech Posted July 4, 2019 Posted July 4, 2019 hi there is there away of doing single sign on for office 365 in IE or chrome can some one point me the right way thanks
Boredguy Posted July 4, 2019 Posted July 4, 2019 Yes it's possible as long as you don't mind typing your e-mail address in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/azure/active-directory/hybrid/how-to-connect-sso-quick-start
synaesthesia Posted July 4, 2019 Posted July 4, 2019 That's not even necessary, as long as you add the domain in your local active directory and have users log in with that (so username for computers can still be [email protected]al and just use jbloggs for instance as long as their full upn is [email protected] it'll log them on)
Boredguy Posted July 4, 2019 Posted July 4, 2019 well we have UPN all set, but get users to type in their e-mail address to the 365 login page so that if anyone needs to access a shared mailbox/other account it will prompt for the password at that point. If e-mail address matches the AD one for the current user, it's seamless.
