Organising video evidence

Ideal scenario: An app/cloud service for managing video evidence. Upload a list of students from CSV. Video evidence using device camera straight into app, associated with students name (in a folder) and transferred to cloud. No video evidence is stored on device, transferred to cloud as soon as there's wifi. All folders can be exported to onedrive/google drive

 

Does anything like this exist?

 

I've found this but it doesn't seem to exist any more.

 

Problem - we can buy the greatest video camera in the world but teachers will still have to spend countless hours sorting/editing and renaming footage to be submitted for assessment. I'm grateful that we don't have to touch it but there must be an easier way!
