IT Manager - CONTRACT- Independent School (Middlesex )- > £200 PER DAY

Our client, a prestigious independent school in Middlesex, are currently looking for an experienced IT professional to work closely with the SLT to support, operate and continue to develop how technology is used across the School. You must be able to start end of July.

 

 

As the IT Manager, your main duties will include:

 

· Ensuring that the end users have an efficient and effective technology service built on top of a reliable and secure technology infrastructure.

· Being responsible for 1^st – 3^rd line hands-on support and management of the school’s IT systems.

· Management of projects (small and large) and supporting IT policies, procedures and best practices.

· Line management and leadership of the support team.

· Complete understanding of the Windows suite/ Chromebooks/ Firewalls/ etc

· Providing staff training, mentoring and monitoring as required.

 

 

The ideal candidate will have worked in a school environment and have experience in all aspects of IT network management, coupled with previous experience of managing and leading an IT support team .
