AD / SYSVOL Version Mismatch after Sysvol restore

Hi I was trying to added a GPO after a as sysvol restore after some DC replication issues in which the police setting got wiped out. As it was not applying I went into Group Policy Modeling and I get this message AD / SYSVOL Version Mismatch? What do I need to do to solve this as replication seems to be fine?

Is it as simple as what is outlined above.

I cant fine this update for 2012 only not R2?

I have applied all update I am still getting group polices that are unavailable and there are two policy that are not show on the other server. Every thing sys that replication is ok but it can't be if the policy are different. Any suggestions?

 

I am getting denied GPO in the Group policy results tool.
