Office 2019 Home And Student / Windows 10 Enterprise

I have an SEN student who has been provided with a laptop and a copy of Office 2019 Home and Student to use for work. Office 2019 Home and Student says purchased in the Microsoft Store but when I try to download it I get...

I have checked to make sure no trial versions of Office are installed. I have however noticed that the laptop is running Windows 10 Enterprise. Would this stop home and student from installing?

 

Any help would be great.
