Zimbra to O365

Hi,

 

I need to number of users mailbox's copied from a Zimbra platform to O365 (Email, Calender & Contacts)

 

What best way is there to carry this out ?

Reset the passwords for mailbox on Zimbra and use IMAP to move them. O365 can migrate mailboxes from a IMAP source, or there are free 3rd party tools and scripts to do it.

As for calendars/contacts I think these are published from the server as files that can simply be exported. See info taken from Zimbra WiKi:

 

The calendar export URL would look like:

 

http://server/zimbra/user/roland/calendar

The default format on calendar folders is ICS, so no need to specify the format.

 

Lets say I want to export my contacts folder so I can import them into another account:

 

http://server/zimbra/user/roland/contacts

Contact folders have a default type of CSV, so like calendars, no need to specify the format.
