Paypal - Payments over the phone

Anyone who uses paypal - I was wondering if you could answer my question.

 

 

I run a parttime business, I've read about it before but I need a heads up.

 

I want to use paypal, so that when a customer calls me I can input their card details there and then into paypal, so they can make a payment.

 

I know it can be done, but how?
