TwistedHelixis Posted June 14, 2019 Posted June 14, 2019 I am a bit of an audio junkie and cant stand listening to music on cheap speakers, although I can't actually afford expensive speaker :0) The last portable speaker I had was an UE megaboom and although the quality was much better than most in its class, it was still not wow. I can just about afford the following. Both get great reviews from a sound quality perspective. Apparently they have a very full sound and go down to 30 / 40 hz without blow out and can easily fill a room. Bang & Olufsen Beolit 17 Wireless Bluetooth Speaker £350 https://www.johnlewis.com/bang-olufsen-beolit17-portable-bluetooth-speaker/p3172286 Harman Kardon Go + Play £250 https://www.harmankardon.co.uk/HKGOPLAYMINIWHTEU.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjw6IfoBRCiARIsAF6q06sfJEgMp1m5KNVu6f89QQh8g5WSVEeKS1bp0TXCH4p1Ww5FNF5hTKMaAv1BEALw_wcB My problem is that I probably will not be able to listen to either before buying, as I don't live near anywhere that has them in stock, and it is a lot of money on something I have never listened to. Has anyone listened to either of these or got any alternative options?
