Recommendation for a GOOD quality portable Bluetooth speaker

I am a bit of an audio junkie and cant stand listening to music on cheap speakers, although I can't actually afford expensive speaker :0)

 

The last portable speaker I had was an UE megaboom and although the quality was much better than most in its class, it was still not wow.

 

I can just about afford the following. Both get great reviews from a sound quality perspective. Apparently they have a very full sound and go down to 30 / 40 hz without blow out and can easily fill a room.

My problem is that I probably will not be able to listen to either before buying, as I don't live near anywhere that has them in stock, and it is a lot of money on something I have never listened to.

 

Has anyone listened to either of these or got any alternative options?
