Redirection\Automatic creation of user home drives via GPO

Hi all I am trying to create a GPO which will automatically create user home drives in the \\share\%username%\documents structure and redirect documents.

 

I have attempted to accomplish this via folder redirection - basic - create folder under root path. but this didn't seem to make the folder.

I am still having to create these using users home drive in AD.
