talksr Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 Hi there, I have installed Snowflake software onto our class computers for use with the Clever Touch interactive screens each room has. However our Windows 10 computers are asking for admin username and password whenever someone tries opening the software. It doesn't do it when I am logged in as an administrator. Does anyone have any ideas on why it would be doing this and what I can do to prevent it? Thanks in advance.
howartp Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 Get procmon running and see what it's trying to do? 2
FishCustard Posted June 13, 2019 Posted June 13, 2019 Procmon is a good option. LUA Buglight is specifically designed to find out why programs don't run properly (LUA = "Limited User Account"), and will probably get you to a solution a little faster. 1
