[sims] User Defined Group - running a report to extract the photo - alphabetical order

Hi all

 

Our school only started to use SIMS this year, but I've used it in a previous setting so I'm deemed to be the guru.

 

We have a UDG of kids going on a particular overseas trip.

 

The organiser asked for a report showing the pictures of all the kids. I have created this report with Groups as the focus (group name choose at runtime).

 

It does the job but the kids are listed any old how. I'd like them to be in alphabetical order.

 

I tried making the output an Excel sheet so I could sort it subsequently but the photos don't putt through properly.

 

Any suggestions?

you can add a sort order in the sub report filter

Hi Julie,

 

The next screen after the Filter screen is the "Sort" screen, here you can define what order you would like to view the report.

DoB or Registration Group is usually a fan favourite.
