Hi all, I have recently taken over a network and one of the ongoing issues wit MS Activation's.

We are using Office 365, we have shared computer activation and the license file is being dropped into a shared folder.

What happens is a user will change their password (SSO) then their copy of 365 will show up unlicensed. They have to log out, log back in twice, they get an error message but it then works ok.

Sometimes the user account shown is not their's, I'm told if you then log out it means that the application needs re loading.

Whenever someone enters their details, they confirm their password, then right at the end they get the below error.

This always happens and was described as a "normal" error!

Any ideas??

we see*similar* to this a lot.... first load of an office app it goes im unlicesnsed... if the user closes all office apps then reloads one its fine.... we have Shared computer license on our workstations and we have ADFS SSO.... its not been resolved yet.... i was looking at moving the "token" to some where on their home drive to make it show up even less often than currently does...

Ok, thanks for that. I got in touch with support who keep asking about InTune, not used this, are they getting confused with something else?
