Roaming Profiles

I have a working roaming profiles but the problem is that whennever any staff log to the network,in their default network printer (which was set prior to logging in) will be deleted. they will have to re install the printer again. this has been happening over and over again.

I run windows 2003 server, ranger for networks

I just use a small piece of software that allocates a printer depending on the computers location. I run it from a startup script.
