Hi all,

Could I ask if anyone has come across the pictured error:

We've moved over to SDL and I've updated the workflow in DeployStudio to install a package that I had created. The error happens as I attempt to open one of the applications, sign in via Enterprise ID and confirm. Happens on any of the apps.

I've installed the package on a different device (Mac Mini) and signed in without any issues, but on the one MacBook I've re-imaged and installed via DeployStudio doesn't want to play ball. I can sign into the CC App successfully but the apps will just crash with the above error message.

I've contacted support and they've not been very helpful so far...

Any help would be much appreciated!

I wonder if it's worth relicensing the apps? You could create a license only SDL package and run this on the affected Mac.

I gave that a go as well, still the same.

On another MacBook, I've removed all of the old CC 2018 apps and have installed CC 2019 manually rather than re-imaging the device and have DeployStudio carry out that process.

I can sign in and the apps do work fine now, so something must go slightly wrong during the imaging process.

In the meantime, I'll just have to install it on each device manually.

Thanks for your help though!

Oh I have same issue. I presumed it was firewall/filtering based but have whitelisted all URLs that seem relevant using the smooth wall live log but still same outcome
