THE ROLE Support the IT Service Manager in delivering, maintaining and supporting technology in the Academy Assist in the management of staff, including their activity, performance and development Responsibility for day to day delivery of IT Services within the Academy, with additional support and guidance provided by the IT Service Manager and Deputy Cluster Manager(s) Manage plans/implementation of developments in the IT service Line manage the IT Technicians at the school Desktop and application support (i.e. diagnosis procedures on hardware, peripherals and applications) Server and network support Monitor the Schools’ procedures on configurations and installations Asset management Design, implementation and monitoring of the schools’ backup and virus policies, as well as security systems to protect hardware, data and confidential information WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
