MIS Migration Project Plan

Morning, does anyone who has recently moved MIS have a decent project plan they would be happy to share? Seems like there are a few people here who have gone through this recently and rather than re-invent the wheel thought I'd ask here first. Doesn't have to be an actual MS Project file, just a word doc or picture of it would be great.
