Saving / tagging media for evidence - looking for recommendation

[pooley]

We are trying to find a better solution to keeping pupil/teacher evidence.

We would like to be able to sort and #tag media with subject/name etc for more efficient recall and to cover us with GDPR for deletion.

Anyone use a digital management system they can recomend ?

Thanks

Planet e-Stream might be a way to go if you have a budget to spend.

Otherwise maybe something like Plex?

Hmm hadn't thought of plex. Will look at e-stream, cheers.

I just set up wordpress internally to do the same, teachers can use the wordpress app to photo/video stuff, tag with targets and pupil names, added a levels taxonomy although that doesn't appear in the app.
