Lightspeed MDM with SchoolsBroadband

Hi all,

 

Just recently moved to SchoolsBroadband and having issues deploying applications to devices through lightspeed. The iPads are aware that the application needs installing as they appear on the device, however just sit there greyed out saying 'waiting...'

 

Firewall settings all correct as far as I'm aware as can download directly from the app store on an unmanaged device. Confirmed nothing is blocked in netsweeper also.

 

Has anyone had any experience of this when moving to SchoolsBroadband?
