Electronic Sign in - Free?

Hi

We have a school that uses Alpha Entry (don't ask) as the sign in / visitor management system.

They have purchased the touch screen with camera and Mifare reader.

 

The PC is running Windows 7 but Alpha Entry want to charge us if we wipe the machine to re-install the software

 

Does anyone recommend any free visitor management software as we have the hardware already?

I imagine any leading sign in solution would require you to buy new hardware unfortunately! InVentry is the market leader for this type of system

Try MediaBaseDirect. It’s not free but if you have an old iPad lying around, you can run as an app for around £350 a year?

If you only using it for visitors why are there pringing options based on school size.
