Can I remove the 'Trusted Device' request from our iPads

Just went to Apple School Manager. The login does except the schools vpp user account, should I be using this or setting a new account up?

 

I have spoken to Apple Support about this and if you do not get the option to migrate when you login to deploy.apple.com then it means the VPP account was setup before February 2014. If this is the case you will need to sign up for Apple School Manager and then invite your program facilitator account to join in order to move the licences across to a location you created in ASM. If you do get the option to migrate from deploy.apple.com then moving to Apple School Manager is easy and takes about 5 minutes.

Well I have just tried to login but cant get passed the 2FA, turns out when I click send, the main line phone rings but cuts out. Are Apple trying to send a txt message to our mainline?

 

I then tried to enter the master restore number, which I am told is not correct so contacted the local authority who set the ipads up for the school and they do not have any other numbers.

 

Should I contact support?

Its probably worth adding another phone number and backing up the recovery key just in case.

Just created a new account in School Manger for me and a different 2FA number.

 

Where would I find the recovery key?
