Lenovo B580 SSD Encryption

Hi All,

 

I have a Lenovo B580 that I have recently installed an SSD, I am trying to encrypt it (its HDD was encrypted before) and always getting the message to say it could not encrypt as it couldnt find the USB.

 

I have changed the policy settings so it allows it from USB and it isnt working.

 

I have googled a lot but cant find anything to resolve it.

 

All our other SSD laptops have encrypted

 

Its running Win7 enterprise

 

Any ideas?

All sorted!

 

Turns out it wasn't liking the USB sticks. On the eleventh one its working!
