HELP - Exams being messed up

Hi,

 

In the middle of an exam and illustrator has started playing up.

 

After they save the file they cannot reopen it, it says the file cannot be found and gives the correct path to it.

 

I can open as an admin... its happening to the AI file and the BMP file they created in illustrator.

 

Logged them onto another machine and its doing the same... anyone seen this?

Roaming profiles? I'd nuke that first of all . Otherwise try reseting the preferences for Illustrator

Did both of them, still wouldn't work. Added them to the local admin group (only using these accounts for that lesson) and 2 worked.. one still refused.

 

Had to let them use the computer next to them using my account to change the AI file and save it/export it (supervised).

 

Must have been a GP specific to the exams group but I cant find it.

 

Thankfully no Adobe next year.
